Short answer: Yes. But keep in mind, regeneration can't save a creature from being exiled or having its toughness reduced to 0. It's not a cure-all!

Absolutely! In Magic The Gathering, regenerating a creature means saving it from destruction. If a creature is about to be destroyed, either from combat damage or a spell, and it has regeneration, you can pay the regeneration cost. This turns death into a slight inconvenience, tapping the creature and removing it from combat instead of sending it to the graveyard. Remember, regeneration shields only work if set up before the creature is actually destroyed!

Used to play a lot of games back in the day and trust me, regeneration can be a game-changer. Literally saved my creatures so many times from spells that would've wiped them off the board. So yeah, you can regenerate a living creature, but timing and knowing when to use it is key.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
