Can you regenerate a sacrificed creature in MTG?
LOL, no way. Once you sacrifice that creature, consider it gone. It's like tearing up a contract; you can't just tape it back together and hope it holds up in court.

Absolutely not. In MTG, sacrificing is a one-way ticket. It's more like a resignation than a termination; can't come back from that.
Nope, you can't regenerate a sacrificed creature in Magic The Gathering. Regeneration only works if the creature would be destroyed by damage or a 'destroy' effect. Sacrificing a creature is a different action altogether and doesn't leave room for regeneration shenanigans.
Sacrificing is basically saying 'bye-bye' for good to your creature. No regeneration spell or ability can bring it back from that.
