Yup, regeneration is like the MTG version of hitting the undo button on your creature's demise. Just make sure you have the mana ready, because nothing feels worse than watching your favorite creature go to the graveyard because you were tapped out!

Absolutely! In Magic The Gathering, regenerating a creature means that if it would be destroyed, you can instead remove all damage from it and tap it, preventing its destruction. This means if your creature has a regeneration ability or you have a spell that regenerates, you can save it from being destroyed by damage or a 'destroy' effect. Remember though, regeneration won't save your creature from being exiled, sacrificed, or if it has lethal damage marked on it from a source with deathtouch.

Nope, can't save from everything. Regeneration is cool and all, but it doesn't work if the card says 'can't be regenerated'. Read your cards carefully!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
