Can you replay matches in Valorant?

Short answer: No. Valorant doesn't have a match replay feature. So if you're looking to review game footage, you'll need to record the matches yourself.
Actually, as of my last game, Valorant doesn't offer an in-built feature to replay matches. But I always use OBS to record my sessions for later review. Works like a charm and helps my team strategize better!
