Unfortunately, main abilities are locked in Splatoon. Sub abilities, however, are more flexible and can be rerolled!

Nope, you can't reroll main abilities in Splatoon. Once a main ability is set on a gear piece, it's there for life. But hey, you can have fun trying to get those perfect sub-abilities through rerolling with Super Sea Snails!
