Sadly, there's no in-game option to reset Story Mode. You gotta go to the system settings and delete save data. Kinda annoying, I know.

Yup, you can totally reset Story Mode by deleting your save data from the Switch system menu. It's like giving Peach's Castle a fresh start!

Just go into Switch system settings -> Data Management -> Delete Save Data. Story Mode reset done!
