Nah, you can't directly reset your perks in Fallout 4. Once you've chosen 'em, they're pretty much set in stone. BUT, you can always level up and get more perks, so don't stress too much if you think you've made a mistake. The wasteland's forgiving like that.

Actually, if you're down for some modding, there's a workaround. PC players can use console commands or mods to reset their perks. It's not officially supported, but hey, where there's a will, there's a way!
