Nope, you can't. The untap phase is kinda like MTG's version of a coffee break for your cards. They all wake up (untap), but you don't get to play any spells or abilities just yet. It's strictly a no-action zone for both players. You gotta wait until the upkeep phase kicks in, right after untap, for the magic (pun intended) to happen.

Seriously, why would you want to? The untap phase is just for untapping. Save your sneaky moves for later in the turn!

Actually, you don't. The untap phase is action-free. It's like the game's way of saying, 'Hold up, let's get everyone ready before the chaos ensues.' So no, you can't play cards or activate abilities then.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
