Nope, once you hand over a settlement to raiders in Fallout 4, it's theirs for good. The game doesn't offer a feature to reclaim it by force or negotiation. So, choose wisely before making any raider real estate deals!

Actually, you can't. Gave it to raiders? It's gone. But hey, there are plenty of other settlements to manage, so don't sweat it too much!

Short answer: No. Once a settlement goes to the raiders, it's bye-bye settlement. No take-backsies in the wasteland.
