Nope, you can't return or refund PSN cards once you've bought them. Make sure you really want it before you buy!

Actually, you might be able to return it to the retailer if it’s unused and you have the receipt, but it's really up to their return policy.

From experience, stores usually won’t take back PSN cards even if they are unused. You're better off selling it or gifting it.
