From personal experience, I’ve successfully gotten a refund by contacting PlayStation Support within the 14-day window. Just make sure you haven’t played the game.
Hot take: Why buy digital games when you can play them all the time and not worry about scratches or returns?
If you’ve already downloaded or played the game, unfortunately, you’re out of luck. PSN doesn’t offer refunds in those cases. Sorry!
