Yes, you can return PS4 digital games, but there are some conditions. If you haven’t downloaded or played the game, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Head over to the PlayStation support website to start the process!

I’ve done it before! As long as it’s within 14 days and you haven’t started the download, you should be good to go for a refund. Just go through the customer service on PlayStation's site.

Hot take: Refunds for digital games are rare. Better treat those purchases like they're final!

Nope, once you download or play the game, you’re pretty much stuck with it. Make sure you want it before you hit that buy button!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
