Nope, Amazon won't let you return PSN codes. It's a digital item, so no refunds once it's been delivered.

Sorry, but digital codes like PSN can't be returned on Amazon. Once sent, it's yours.

Actually, I've tried this before. Amazon doesn’t allow returns on PSN codes since they're digital and can't be resold.
