Yup, you can! Games and other content can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, but only if you haven鈥檛 downloaded or played them. Hit up their website for more details.
I've actually gotten a refund myself. As long as I hadn't downloaded it yet, no problem at all. Just contacted PlayStation support!
Just remember: downloaded games can't be refunded, folks. Refunds only apply if you haven't started the download.
