Sorry to crush your dreams, but you can't romance Nick Valentine in Fallout 4. Amazing character, but Bethesda decided to keep the relationship strictly platonic. You can still build a strong friendship with him though, and he's definitely one of the most interesting companions to have around in the game.
As much as I wish it were different, you can't woo Nick Valentine. But after spending countless hours in the wasteland together, fighting off feral ghouls and solving mysteries, who needs romance? He's the best wingman in the Commonwealth.
Bringing the cold, hard truth - Nick's heart (or whatever's left of it) isn't up for grabs. Strictly friends zone material. But let's be honest, who needs romance when you've got a charming, trench coat-wearing synth detective by your side?
