If your PC can handle the base game, Afterbirth shouldn't be a problem. It’s not super demanding, so most modern machines can run it.

I've been running Afterbirth on a 6-year-old laptop with no issues. If you have at least 2GB RAM and any semi-decent GPU, you should be good.

Totally! Just make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements, which are pretty modest. If you can watch a cat video, you can probably run this game.
