Can you sacrifice indestructible creatures in MTG?
CompletingClint路7 months agoYep, you can sacrifice them. Indestructible means they don't buckle under damage or 'destroy' effects, but if your card says 'sacrifice a creature', even the indestructible ones aren't safe. It's like offering them up on a silver platter.

Nope, indestructible creatures laugh in the face of damage and 'destroy' effects but will take the walk of shame to the graveyard if you decide to sacrifice them. So, choose wisely!
Indestructible means nothing when it comes to sacrifices. I once had to sacrifice my prized indestructible creature to turn the tide of the game. It hurt, but it was totally legal.
Absolutely! Being indestructible just means a creature can't be destroyed by damage or effects that say "destroy". Sacrificing is a totally different ballgame. So, if you've got an indestructible creature and a situation or a card effect calls for a sacrifice, you can send that tough guy to the graveyard with your head held high.
