Absolutely, just click the three dots in the bottom right of the Reel and select 'Save.' Then you can find it in your Saved items!
To save a Reel, just tap the three little dots and choose 'Save.' Find it later in your 'Saved' section.
You can't save them directly to your phone, but you can save them within the app, no prob.
