Yes, you totally can save Trevor in GTA 5! When you're at the end of the game, you'll get to choose between three options - A, B, or C. To save Trevor, just pick option C. This way, not only do you get to keep Trevor alive, but Michael too. It's basically the 'everyone lives' ending so everyone can keep causing chaos in Los Santos together!

Honestly, saving Trevor is the best choice. Did it on my first playthrough, never regretted it. The game feels more complete keeping all the main characters around.
