Nope, you can't just scrap items directly from your inventory on the go. You need to visit a workbench to break down items into useful materials. So, if you're hoarding hoping to scrap from anywhere, it's time to find the nearest workbench.

Absolutely! In Fallout 4, you can scrap items in your inventory, but there's a catch. You gotta do it at a workbench. Just head over to any workbench you find in the wasteland, open your workshop interface, and you can start scrapping unwanted junk for parts. It's a great way to get crafting materials for all your weapon and settlement needs.

Short answer: yes, but only at workbenches. You can't do it from your pocket.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
