Nope, can't do it. The power armor's too bulky to spot anything 'hidden', let alone Cappys.

Absolutely! Wearing power armor doesn't block your ability to spot hidden Cappys in Fallout 4. Found all of them while I was stomping around in my T-60 armor. Trust me, it adds to the fun!
