Actually, it's a bit of a bummer, but you can't directly sell houses or properties in GTA. You can only trade them towards the purchase of something new. Wish they'd add a real estate mogul DLC or something!

Nope, you can't directly sell houses in GTA like you're thinking. You can trade them in when buying a new one, which gives you some cash back, but you can't just put a for sale sign in the yard and get offers. It's more of a trade-up system than a true sell.

Why sell when you can hoard? GTA's all about empire building, not downsizing!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
