Nope, you can't sell a warehouse in GTA directly. The game doesn't let you just hit a 'sell' button on properties like warehouses. What you can do, though, is trade it in for another one. When you buy a new warehouse, you'll get a discount equal to the trade-in value of your old one. So, it's kinda like selling, but with extra steps!

Can't sell 'em. Best you can do is use it or trade it when upgrading. Think of it as a commitment test by GTA; they want to see how attached you get to your criminal enterprises!

Short answer: No direct selling. You trade warehouses when buying a new one. You get a trade-in value that reduces the price of the new purchase.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
