Short answer: no direct selling, but yes to trading-in! When you're buying a new apartment, you just pick one of your old ones to trade in and get some cash off. Think of it as recycling, but with luxury apartments.

Actually, I tried to sell an apartment once, hoping to get some quick cash. Ended up realizing you can't sell them outright. The trade-in option is the closest thing we got, which worked out fine when I was upgrading. Less cash spent on the new place!

Nope, you can't exactly sell apartments in GTA Online. What you can do, though, is trade them in. When you buy a new apartment or garage, you get the option to trade in your old one. This will give you a rebate on the price of the new place, kinda like trading in your old car. So, you're not selling it outright, but it does help take a chunk out of the cost for the new digs!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
