Absolutely, you can "sell" your apartment in GTA 5, but it's more like trading it in rather than getting cash back. When you buy a new apartment, you get the option to trade in your old one, which gives you a bit of a discount on the new purchase. Just think of it as upgrading your crib and getting some cash back for the old one!

Tried to sell my apartment to get some quick cash for a new ride, ended up just trading it in towards a fancier place. It's not selling in the traditional sense, but you do get something back.

Nope, you can't just straight up sell your apartment for cash like a real estate mogul. What you can do is trade it in when buying a new one to lower the cost. So, it's a swap, not a sale.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
