Nope, you can't sell an arcade in GTA 5 like you would a car or a bike. The best you can do is trade it for another arcade, but remember, you only get half the value of the upgrades you made on the original arcade towards the new one. So, choose your arcades wisely!

Actually, you can't directly sell the arcade, but trading it in for a different property is as close as it gets. Did that once, lost a chunk of change on upgrades, but the new location was way better for my heist setups. Sometimes, it's all about location, location, location.
Hot take: Just keep the arcade. The hassle of trading and losing half your upgrade cash? Not worth it. Plus, arcades are cool!
