Absolutely! Main trick is to find Los Santos Customs. Any ride you don't mind parting with can be flipped for cash. Sold a banged up sedan once, made a sweet stack. Just keep in mind, some of the flashier cars you've 'borrowed' off the web or those mission-specific ones? Yeah, those are a no-go.
Don't get too excited, not all cars are sellable. You can't just grab any fancy car off the street or your garage and expect Los Santos Customs to take it. They have standards, apparently.
