Short answer: No, you can't sell them outright. Best you can do is swap it for another, but keep in mind, it's not a dollar-for-dollar return.

Nope, selling facilities in GTA 5 isn't an option. You're stuck with them once you buy. However, you can trade them in for a new one if you're looking to upgrade or move your base of operations. Just remember, you'll only get a portion of the original price back in the trade!

Gotta say, it's a no-go. You can't sell your facilities in GTA 5, which is a bummer. I tried swapping mine for a better location and got some cash back, but it wasn't a full sell-off. Just part of the game, I guess.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
