Nope, you can't sell games on Steam. Once you buy a game or it gets added to your library, it's yours forever (or at least until the end of digital time). You can gift games on Steam if you haven't played them yet, but selling? That's a no-go.

Short answer: no. Long answer: still no, but you can trade items within some games if that's your jam.

Actually, no. You can't directly sell games you've bought on Steam. But, you can 'sell' Steam trading cards or in-game items in the Steam Marketplace. Not the same as flipping games, but it's something.
