Actually, no. You can't just sell a house outright in GTA 5 Online. You gotta trade it in when you're buying something else. Think of it as upgrading your hideout. You won't get all your cash back, but it's something.
Wish we could sell properties directly in GTA 5 Online but nah, Rockstar hasn't given us that. Only trade-ins allowed. Missed opportunity if you ask me.
