Yep, you sure can sell property in GTA 5, but with a catch. You can't directly sell a property like you'd list your house on the market. Instead, when you're buying a new property, you have the option to trade in your current one. This means you can 'sell' your old place, but only as part of the process of getting a new one. The trade-in will reduce the price of the property you're aiming to buy, so it's kinda like selling.

Actually, you CAN sell property...sorta. It鈥檚 all about that trade-in life. Want a new pad? Time to say bye to the old one and get some cash off your next purchase. I've swapped a few myself, makes for a nice change without losing all your investment.

Nope, you can't sell properties in GTA 5 like a real estate mogul. You gotta trade 'em when you're upgrading. Not as cool, but that's how it rolls in Los Santos.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
