Yeah, you can sell property in GTA 5, but there's a catch. You can't directly sell a property like you would a car at Los Santos Customs. Instead, you gotta trade it in when buying a new one. For every new property you buy, you can trade in your old one and get some cash back. So, choose wisely!

Short answer: No direct selling. You gotta trade properties for new ones and get some of that sweet, sweet cash back.

Absolutely you can, but it's more about trading up than cashing out. I traded my old garage for a swanky apartment and got a nice chunk of change back. Make sure the new place is pricier than the old to see that money roll in!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
