Actually, you can't. Once you purchase a property in GTA 5's offline mode, it's a lifelong commitment. No refunds, no returns. Maybe think of it as a practice for real life?

Sadly, nope. In GTA 5 offline mode, you're stuck with the properties you buy. Unlike the online version, where you can flip properties faster than burgers at a BBQ, in single-player mode, once you buy it, it's yours forever. Or at least until you start a new game.

No, and honestly, it's part of the charm. Forces you to really think through those purchases rather than treating the real estate market like a game. Oh, wait...

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
