Nope, you can't outright sell properties in GTA 5. You gotta trade it in for another property, which means you're kinda stuck with property investment once you make it. Choose wisely!

Absolutely, selling properties in GTA 5 is all about trading up or down. I traded my old garage for a swanky apartment and got some cash back in the process. It's all about knowing when to make your move!

Yep, you can sell property in GTA 5 but there's a catch. You can't directly sell a property like you would a car in the game. Instead, you have to trade it in when buying a new one. So, technically, you're part exchanging your old place for a new one and paying the difference. It's a good way to upgrade your criminal empire or downsize if you're feeling the financial pinch!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
