From personal experience, attempting to sell a PSN account can result in it being permanently banned. I wouldn't recommend it.

Absolutely not! You can't sell PSN accounts. Sony will straight-up ban you if they catch you.

Nope, selling PSN accounts is against Sony's terms of service. You risk losing the account and any content you've purchased on it.
