Nah, you can't outright sell your apartment in GTA 5 Online like you would IRL. What you can do though is trade it in when purchasing a new one. You'll get some money back that way, which is kinda like selling, but not directly. So, always consider trading up instead of just hoarding properties!

Tried to unload my apartment last night to stack some cash for a new ride. Turns out, you can't just sell your properties straight-up. Had to settle for the trade-in deal when I got a swankier place. Not the worst deal, but I wish there was a direct sell option.
