Nah, you can't sell your bunker in GTA 5 like you're flipping real estate. Once you buy it, it's yours for good. You can trade it in for another though, if you decide you're ready for an upgrade or a change in scenery, but don't expect a full refund. Sorry to burst your bubble, but direct sales of bunkers are a no-go in GTA 5. Your best bet is to trade it in if you're eyeing a new property. It's more of a trade-up system where you get some credit for your old place. Direct sales are out of the question.
You can't actually 'sell' your bunker in the traditional sense, but you can trade it towards another property. Think of it more like trading in your old car for a new one; you get a bit of credit towards the next purchase.
