Nah, you can't directly sell your clubhouse in GTA 5. What you can do, however, is trade it in for a new one. When you buy a new clubhouse, you'll get a trade-in value for your old one. It's not exactly selling, but it's the closest thing you get to swapping out properties in the game.

You actually can't sell your clubhouse in GTA 5. Tried it myself hoping to cash in, but no dice. The only way around it is trading it in when buying a new property. Kinda bummed but that's how it rolls in GTA.

Short answer: No, you can't just sell it outright. Gotta trade it for another property.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
