Nope, you can't sell your facility in GTA 5 Online. The game doesn't allow you to directly sell properties like facilities. However, you can trade it in for a discount on a new one if you're buying a different facility. So, it's kinda like getting some money back, but not a direct sale.

Short answer: No. You can't just sell it straight up for cash. Best you can do is trade it in when buying a new one to soften the bill a little.

Tried it, didn't work. You can't sell facilities in GTA 5 Online. I ended up just buying a new one and got a bit of a discount for trading in the old. It's not selling, but it's something.
