Sadly, you're stuck with it. GTA V doesn’t let you sell properties like nightclubs. Best you can do is swap them for others, but that comes at a cost, not a profit. Try to make the most of it with the missions and activities available.

You can't sell it, but hey, owning a nightclub in GTA V ain't the worst thing. Make it rain with those in-game dollars from the nightclub missions!

No selling, only buying. Welcome to Los Santos!

Nope, you can't sell your nightclub in GTA 5. Once you buy it, it's yours for good. You can, however, upgrade or downgrade your existing businesses through the in-game websites, but selling them off isn't an option. You can focus on maximizing your profits by running nightclub missions and promotions!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
