Honestly, why would you wanna sell such a swanky place? But yeah, no direct selling. Only trading in for a new spot.

Nope, you can't sell your penthouse in GTA, just like you can't sell any property you buy. You're stuck with it, for better or worse. But you can trade it in when buying a new one, which gives you some credit towards the new purchase. So, kinda like selling, but not really.

Actually, selling properties in GTA, including penthouses, isn't a thing. You can trade them in, but that's about as close as you get to selling.

No, you can't outright sell properties like the penthouse in GTA. Best you can do is replace it and get a slight rebate for the next property. Think of it as a trade-in deal at the car dealership - you don't get all your cash back, but it's something.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
