Yep, you can sell your property in GTA 5 but with a catch. You can't outright sell a property for cash like a real estate flipper. Instead, you can trade it in when buying a new one. So, if you've got your eye on a new hideout, you can part ways with your old one and get some cash knocked off the price of the new digs.

Short answer: No sell, only trade. Buy a new place, get some money off for the old one. GTA 5 ain't no Monopoly.

Actually, selling properties in GTA 5 is not like selling lemonade; you can't just put up a sign and wait for buyers. You trade properties by upgrading to new ones, which softens the blow on your wallet but doesn't fill it.

Selling properties in GTA V ain't straightforward. It's more of a trade-in deal. When you're leveling up your criminal empire, remember you swap, not sell. Keeps the economy interesting!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
