Nope, you can't just straight-up sell your properties in GTA 5 Online like a real estate mogul. You gotta trade it in when you're looking to buy a new spot, which gives you a bit of cash back to spend. So, kinda yes, but actually no.

Yup, you can totally sell your property in GTA 5 Online, but there's a catch. You can't directly sell a property like you would a hotdog at a stand. Instead, you trade it in when buying a new property. So basically, you get a discount on your new purchase based on the value of your old one. It's like upgrading your phone, but with more virtual paperwork.

Actually, selling properties in GTA 5 Online isn't a thing. You trade in your old digs towards the cost of a new one. Straight up sales? Nah, that's not how we roll in Los Santos.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
