Nope, you can't sell your warehouse in GTA 5. Once you buy it, it's yours for good. You can, however, trade it in for another one if you're looking to upgrade or move locations, but you won't get all your money back, just a fraction towards the new purchase.

Can't sell warehouses directly in GTA 5, but you can trade them for other properties. It's kinda like swapping one toy for another, but you've gotta pay the difference if the new one's pricier.

Selling? In GTA 5? More like wishful thinking. You can trade, but sell? That's a firm no-go.

Absolutely not. GTA real estate is forever; you buy it, you keep it. No refunds or returns, just trade-ins.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
