Nope, you can't directly send V-Bucks to someone else's account. But, you can gift items from the in-game shop!

V-Bucks can't be transferred. Just buy a Fortnite gift card instead.

Unfortunately, V-Bucks are non-transferable. But you can always buy a gift card and share the code with your friend.
