Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement actually discourages sharing your login information. If you're looking to play games together, Steam Family Sharing is a much safer option. It lets you share your game library with family members on approved devices, without needing to share account details!

I've been using Steam Family Sharing to play games from my bro's library for months now. Super easy to set up, and we've never had an issue. Just don't share your password, folks. Family Sharing is the way to go.
