Absolutely! You can spawn a power armor frame in Fallout 4 by using console commands. Just open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key, then type 'player.placeatme c1aeb' and hit enter. Nope, don't use cheats. Finding them is half the fun and it's totally worth it when you finally see that frame standing there waiting for you. Makes you feel like a true wasteland wanderer.
