Nope, event gear is unavailable since those events are over. But hey, there's always gear from the shops!
I tried hunting for event gear in Splatoon 2, but no luck these days! Those ink-laden treasures seem to be a thing of the past unless you find them through trading communities. Don't forget to check SplatNet 2 occasionally for surprises!
