Unfortunately, you can't get the Borderlands skin in Fortnite right now. It was a limited-time offer during the Borderlands collaboration event.

As a huge Fortnite and Borderlands fan, I got the Borderlands skin when the event was live. Now it's vaulted, so you'll need to wait for a possible re-release.
