Actually, I snagged the Stone Hatchet just last week. It's totally doable. Got an email in the game, followed the clues, and after taking out the targets Maude sent me after, the hatchet was mine. Plus, that Rampage mode is epic.
Yeah, you can definitely still get the Stone Hatchet in GTA 5. You gotta finish a Treasure Hunt challenge that's sent to you via an in-game email. Complete the 5 bounties from Maude, and voila, the Stone Hatchet is yours. Plus, it unlocks a cool Rampage ability.
Nah, why bother? Just play the game for fun, the Stone Hatchet ain't all that.
